The program is designed to improve a manager’s understanding of managing a business or department by monitoring key results areas in a business. At the end of this course, the participant would have a better understanding of the key areas in a business to monitor, identify the data that need to be collected, measured and analysed and be able to use the checklist provided to identify the appropriate checks and controls necessary in business systems.

This program is designed to improve the managers' understanding and managing of the company's key results areas that delivers the company's objectives.
